I proudly manage the Stafford Branch of Long and Foster Realtors, Inc., the #1 Real Estate Company in Virginia based on number of homes sold and by total volume. Graduating from George Mason University I earned a BS degree in Real Estate, and later a MBA degree from Marymount University. I’ve passionately and proudly kept an active role in real estate since 1981. In the past I dedicated five years of my time and ideas working on the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors (FAAR) and Board of Directors, as Treasurer in 2003, and as President in 2004. I also dedicated ten years on the Professional Standards committee, of which four years as co-chair of the committee and as a member of the finance and building committee. I’ve maintained the prestigious CCIM designation for over ten years, which is possessed by less than 5 % of all commercial Realtors. In 1998 I earned the accredited buyer representative designation (ABR). Then in 2002 my peers graciously voted me "Manager of the Year". My selling experience and knowledge doesn’t end there, in the past I was a multi-million dollar producer in residential and commercial sales so I’m able to pass on my knowledge to help my agents successfully grow their business. I’ve received my certification as both a Mentor for Brian Buffini and as a National Integrity Coach.
